Neil Wedman

As an artist Neil Wedman is principally known for his drawings and paintings of chemistry sets, coins, nudes and, most recently, dancing cowboys, flying saucers, rainbows and explosions rendered barely perceptible in monochrome greys. He also works with photography, film and video. An exhibition of his media work is to take place at Gallery One, One, One at The University of Manitoba in 2011. In the meantime he continues to live in Vancouver where he is represented by the Equinox Gallery and teaches at Emily Carr University and Simon Fraser University
